Impexmetal SA (a subsidiary of Boryszew SA) received final permission to build an office and apartment building in the Central Business District (CBD) in Warsaw.

The board of Impexmetal SA has announced that on 09 April 2013 permission for the construction of a multifunctional complex became final. The Mayor of Warsaw issued the decision No. 53/WOL/13 to grant permission for the construction of a multifunctional complex which includes offices and services as well as apartments located on at Łucka 7/9 in Warsaw.

The permission applies to the lot with the registration No 47 located within 6-01-04 with the technical infrastructure on the lot of No. 38/5 within 6-01-04., located in the Central Business District in Warsaw.
