With reference to current reports No. 19/2018 and No. 53/2018 regarding the letter of intent regarding the potential sale of a subsidiary of Boryszew S.A – Walcownia Metali Dziedzice S.A. with its registered office in Czechowice – Dziedzice (Subsidiary) for Krezus S.A. (Investor), the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (The Issuer) informs that on 31 December 2018 the letter of intent with the Investor for the purpose of carrying out the potential purchase transaction by the Investor of 100% shares in the Subsidiary has expired. During its validity, no agreement was reached as to the structure, content and method of financing a potential sale transaction.
As at the date of this current report, the Issuer does not engage in talks with other entities regarding the sale of the Subsidiary.
