In connection with the current report no 103/2015 dated 31 August 2015 the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. with the seat in Warsaw (Company) informs that the Company has signed with PG Aluminium Spółka z o.o. with the seat in Warsaw an Agreement to the contract for selling of Oddział Nowoczesne Produkty Aluminiowe Skawina in Skawina (NPA). It has been set that the signing of the promised contract will happen until 31 March 2016.
The above mentioned change has been caused by, among others, the necessity of obtaining an agreement for contract’s transfer on the financing of innovations investments projects for the targeted company realized by NPA.
