The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the Supervisory Board on its meeting on February 25th, 2013 set the single wording of the Statute of the company, taking into account the changes introduced by resolutions no 5 and no 6 of the EGM of Boryszew S.A. of November 28th, 2012. The above mentioned changes have been registered in the registry of entrepreneurs carried by the Regional Court of Warsaw, XIV Economic Department of the National Court Registry upon the decision of December 18th, 2012.
