The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (the company) announces that the company received the notification from Alchemia SA with its registered office in Warsaw, that on 11 February, 2015 Alchemia S.A. sold in a package transaction on the WSE 251.000 units of shares of Boryszew S.A.
This transaction resulted in a reduction in the total number of votes in the company below 5%.
Before the transaction – on 10 February, 2015 Alchemia S.A. owned 12,234,000 shares of Boryszew S.A., which constituted 5.101% in share capital of the Company. The above mentioned shares are equal to 12,234,000 votes at GM, which constituted 5.101% of the total number of votes at a general meeting of Boryszew S.A.
On 11 February, 2015 Alchemia S.A. owned 11,992,000 units of shares of Boryszew S.A., which constituted 4,997% in share capital of a company.
The above mentioned shares are equal to 11,992,000 votes at GM, constituted 4.997% of the total number of votes at a general meeting of Boryszew S.A.
