The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. with the seat in Warsaw, hereby informs that the Ordinary
General Meeting of Boryszew S.A. appointed Mr Piotr Lisiecki to the Supervisory Board on June 15,
2016.
Mr Piotr Lisiecki graduated from the Faculty of Physics and Astronomy at the Nicolaus Copernicus
University in Toruń. He was a holder of the Leeds University scholarship and graduated from a
postgraduate program at the Faculty of Management and Marketing at the Academy of Economics in
Poznań.
From June 2013 to March 2016 he was employed with Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. as a Managing
Director in the Corporate Sales Department and then as a Vice-President of the Management Board of
Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A.
From April 2012 to May 2013 he was employed with DZ Bank S.A. as a Director in the Corporate
Customer Department.
From September 2010 to April 2012 he was employed with Kredyt Bank S.A. as a Managing Director
in the Corporate Banking Centre Network Department.
From July 1995 to August 2010 he was employed with BZ WBK S.A. (formerly WBK S.A.) where he
climbed the ladder from IT System Administrator to Team Manager to Branch Director to Director of
the Commercial Banking Centre.
From August 1999 to June 2000 he worked in AIB Bank in Dublin on a business secondment.
Mr Piotr Lisiecki is not engaged in any activity competitive with the Company, does not participate in a
competitive company as a partner in a civil or personal partnership or as a member of a limited
company’s body nor does he participate in any other competitive legal entity as a member of the
entity’s body. Mr Piotr Lisiecki has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept under
the National Court Register Act.
