In connection with the current reports no 21/2011 of March 9th, 2011, no 35/2011 of April 11th, 2011 and no 38/2011 of April 15th, 2011 the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the company has got the information about signing by Lincoln International, adviser in the process of sale of Meteor Group an exclusive agreement on sale with other tenderer, which results temporary suspension of negotiations of Boryszew S.A. with the Seller.
According to information from Lincoln International concluding of the transaction should follow the end of June 2011.
