The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (the company) announces that the company received on 14 October, 2014 the notification from Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik informing that on 2 October, 2014 he sold 3,816,477 units of shares of Boryszew S.A. on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The above mentioned transaction has resulted in change of his share in the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A. by 1 %.
Before the transaction – on 1 October, 2014 Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik owned directly 118,024,339 units of shares of Boryszew S.A., which constituted 53.65% of equity and indirectly through his subsidiaries 10,053,851 units of shares of Boryszew S.A., which constituted 4.57 % of equity. The owned shares gave 128,078,190 votes at GM, which constituted 58.22 % of the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.
On 8 October, 2014 Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik holds directly 114,323,004 units of shares of Boryszew S.A., constituting 51.96 % of equity and indirectly through his subsidiaries 10,053,851 units of shares of Boryszew S.A. constituting 4.57 % of equity. The owned shares have given 124,376,855 votes at the GM, which constitutes 56.534 % of the total number of votes at the GM of Boryszew S.A.
