The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on June 28th, 2011 its subsidiary purchased 15 pieces of series B inscribed bonds of the nominal value of PLN 1,000,000.00 under the Programme of 3-years bonds issue.
The bonds have been purchased at the Issue Price for a total amount of PLN 15,000,000.00.
The interest rate is based on the market conditions. The day of buy-back of the bonds: February 28th, 2013.
