The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. in forms that the Company has got the Resolution no 871/2011 dated July 8th, 2011 from the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw S.A. with the decision to introduce from July 15th, 2011 to the stock exchange turnover on the prime market 224,550 Series A bearer’s shares of Boryszew S.A. of the nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, signed by the National Depository for Securities S.A. with the code PLBRSZW00029 under the condition to execute by the National Depository for Securities S.A. on July `15th, 2011 merging of these shares with the shares of the Company being in the public turnover.
