Boryszew S.A. informs that it got on July 15th, 2011 a notification from Mrs. Małgorzata Iwanejko, Chairman of the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. that as a result of allocation made on July 12th, and 13th, 2011 she was the owner of 250,064 series G ordinary bearer shares of Boryszew S.A. as an execution of collection rights and additional subscription.
Subscription of series G shares of Boryszew S.A. has been made through brokers house, in which the collection rights were deposited.
At the same time just today the Company has received the notification from a person taking managing post about the allocation on July 12th, and 13th, 2011 1,953 series F shares of Boryszew S.A. as an execution of collection rights and additional subscription.
Subscription of series G shares of Boryszew S.A. has been made through brokers house, in which the collection rights were deposited.
The person obliged to pass the information doesn’t agree to disclose its personal data.
