Boryszew S.A. informs that on July 19th, 2011 the Management Board of National Depository for Securities decided to register in The National Depository of Securities 1,128,357,846 of bearer singular rights of series G shares of Boryszew S.A. of the nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, issued according to the resolution no 4b of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Boryszew S.A. and coded them PLBRSZW00128.
