The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. with the seat in Warsaw informs that on 2 October, 2017
Hutmen S.A. – an indirect subsidiary of Boryszew SA acquired within the Programme of registered
bonds of Boryszew SA, adopted by Resolution No. 153/2016 of the Management Board of Boryszew
S.A. dated 28 July, 2016 (as amended) (Programme), 7 units of registered bonds series A9 of the
nominal value of PLN 1,000,000.00 each. The bonds have been purchased at the Issue Price for a
total amount of PLN 7,000,000.
The interest rate is based on the market conditions.
The day of buy-back of the bonds: 30 September, 2018.
The above mentioned bonds replace the bonds with the date of buy – back, on 2 October, 2017.
Purchase of bonds occurred to investing free financial funds of subsidiaries in the framework of
financial liquidity management in Boryszew Capital Group.
