Boryszew S.A. informs that it has got today a notification from a person taking managing post in an organization structure of issuer about the allocation on July 12th, 2011 42,000 series G ordinary bearer’s shares of Boryszew S.A. as an execution of collection rights.
Subscription to series G share of Boryszew S.A. has been executed through the brokerage house, in which the collection rights have been deposited.
The person required to provide information doesn’t consent to the publication of personal data.
In accordance with Article. 160 sec. 4 Trading Act – information about transactions by persons having access to confidential information.
