The Management Board of Boryszew S.A with its registered seat in Warsaw (“the Company”), notifies that on March 18th, 2021 they undertook information that the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Economic Department of the National Court Register (KRS) made a change record in the Company’s Articles of Association under resolution no. 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Boryszew S.A. dated January 25th, 2021 in the following manner:
- in § 4 para. 1 was added:
PKD 20.20.Z – Production of pesticides and other agrochemicals.
The consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association, taking onto consideration the above-mentioned amendments, constitutes an appendix to the present report.

The legal basis: Art. 56 para. 1 pt. 2 of the Act on offer – current and periodical information.
The detailed legal basis: § 6 in connection with § 5 pt. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29th on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the provisions of the law applicable in a non-member state.
