The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the Company received a notification on 24 September 2013 from Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik that on 23 September 2013 he purchased in an exchange transaction 20,000,000 shares of Boryszew.
The above mentioned transaction has resulted in change of his share in the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A. by 1 %.
Before the transaction, i.e. on 22 September, 2013, Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik possessed directly 1,146,501,384 units of Boryszew’s shares, which constituted 52.11 % share in the share capital of the Company and indirectly through subsidiaries 154,977,882 units of Boryszew’s shares which constituted 7.044 % share in the share capital of the Company.
The possessed shares have given the 1,288,029,266 votes at the GM of Boryszew S.A., which are equal to 58.546 % of the total number of votes at the GM.
On 23 September, 2013 Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik has possessed directly 1,166,309,943 units of Boryszew’s shares, which constituted 53.014 % share in the share capital of the Company and indirectly through subsidiaries 154,977,882 units of Boryszew’s shares, which constituted 7,044 % share in the share capital of the Company. The possessed shares have given the 1,321,287,825 votes at the GM of Boryszew S.A., which are equal to 60,058 % of the total number of votes at the GM.
