The Management Bard of Boryszew S.A. informs that on September 14th, 2011 Boryszew’s subsidiary bought 2 registered Series AB bond of the nominal value of EUR 500,000.00 each under the programme of issue of 2-year registered bonds of Boryszew S.A. The bonds has been bought at the Issue Price of EUR 1,000,000.00.
Bond’s interest has been set at the markets’ conditions.
Date of bond’s buyback – September 13th, 2012.
