The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on September 30th, 2011 its subsidiary purchased 1 of series AC inscribed bond of the nominal value of EUR 500,000.00 under the Programme of 2-years bonds issue.
The bond has been purchased at the Issue Price for a total amount of EUR 500,000.00.
The interest rate is based on the market conditions. The day of buy-back of the bond: September 13th, 2012.
