The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (“Company”) informs that the Company has got a decision from the Regional Court for Warsaw – XI Commercial Division – of Pledge Registry on a pledge entry made on 6 August 2015 on shares in the limited liability company.
The subject of the pledge: 5 units of shares of Maflow Polska Spólka z o.o. with the seat in Warsaw belonging to Boryszew S.A. , constituting 100 % of shares.
The pledge has been established for Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego with the seat in Warsaw to the highest collateral amount of EUR 15,000,000.00 in order to secure the bank’s receivables as a forward credit in the amount of EUR 10,000,000.00. The nominal value of the above mentioned shares amounts to PLN 5,000 and their balance value in the accounting books of Boryszew SA amounts to PLN 5,000.00 – as at 30 June 2015.
There are no affiliations between Boryszew S.A. and its managers or supervisors and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego with the seat in Warsaw and its managers.
Criterion for the base of recognizing assets as assets of great value – the value of shares being the subject of pledge, in the day of this information, exceeds the equivalence of EUR 1.0 m.
