Boryszew’s Management Board announces that on January 5th, 2009 the Company received an information from a Member of the Supervisory Board that a subsidiary of this person purchased: 404,000 Boryszew’s shares in a block transaction at the average price of PLN 2,10 on December 31st, 2008.
The transaction was cleared on December 31st, 2008.
The concerned person has not agreed to disclose its personal data.
