The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the Company received on January 6th, 2010 an information from a member of the Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A., about the sale by him on November 13th, 2009 2,000 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 7.11 for one share.
The above mentioned transaction has been executed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw.
The person concerned has not agreed to disclose its personal data.
