The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Boryszew S.A. on its meeting on 17 February 2014 appointed Mr. JanuszSiemieniec and Mr. Jan Bogolubow to the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Courses and trainings in French Institute of Management – management of enterprises.
Courses and trainings for members of management boards and supervisory boards of commercial laws companies organized by the Ministry of Treasury .

Professional experience:
• 2006 – 2013 management of investments projects in renewable power engineering sector. Member of the management board of investment companies: NordWind sp. z o.o., NordEnergy sp. z o.o.
 

• 2000 – 2006 President of the Management Board of the company Mines Restructuring S.A. in Katowice, member of the Supervisory Board of Kopex S.A.
 

• 1990 – 2000 Director of enterprise KWK NowaRuda in NowaRuda. Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Węglozbyt S.A.
 

• 1981 –1990 working on managerial posts in power engineering sector and in mining industry.

Mr. JanuszSiemieniecdoes not conduct business competitive to Boryszew S.A., does not participate in any competitive company or civil partnership nor is he a member of the rival company or a member of any other competitive legal person. Mr. JanuszSiemieniechas not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Legal Act of the National Court Registry.

Education:
Doctor of technical science in chemical technology.

2002 Master of Business Administration in High School of Management and Marketing in Warsaw (jointly with University of Denver), finishing of studies in marketing and management.

• Since January 1999 toJanuary 2014 working in the Ministry of Economy as chief specialist, minister’s counselor and deputy director in Power Engineering Department (2007 – 2014 – anpaid leave)
