Boryszew SA (“Company”) publishes the dates of publication of periodic reports in the financial year 2019.
1. Consolidated quarterly reports:
– Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2019 – 22 May 2019,
– Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2019 – 18 November 2019;
2. Half yearly report for H1 2019 – 30 August 2019;
3. Annual statements for 2018:
– Annual report for 2018 – 16 April 2019,
– Consolidated annual report for 2018 – 16 April 2019.
In addition, the Company informs that the Company will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2018 or a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2019.
The Company will not publish separate quarterly reports and a separate semi-annual report. Consolidated quarterly reports and consolidated semi-annual report of the Boryszew Group will contain quarterly financial information and half-year condensed financial statements.
