Current Report No. 10/2025
Following current report No. 4/2025 of 3 March 2025 concerning the filing of motion for the declaration of bankruptcy of the Issuer’s indirect subsidiary Boryszew Kunststofftechnik Deutschland GmbH (“BKD”), the Management Board of Boryszew S.A., (“Company, Issuer”) advises that on 8 May 2025 it became aware of the opening of BKD bankruptcy proceedings in accordance with the German bankruptcy law and of the appointment of a receiver.
BKD holds 100% of shares in Boryszew Oberflächentechnik Deutschland GmbH in bankruptcy under self-administration, Boryszew Formenbau Deutschland GmbH in bankruptcy under self-administration, and 89.11% of shares in Boryszew Plastic Rus Sp. z o.o.
The Issuer will announce further significant events associated with the above mentioned proceedings in relevant reports.
