Boryszew S.A., having its registered seat in Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “the Issuer,” hereby informs that on 24 May 2026, Mr. Wojciech Zymek, Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, resigned from his post. In the statement we received from Mr. Wojciech Zymek, he mentions no reasons for his decision.
