Boryszew S.A. informs that today it has got from Managing Director of Boryszew S.A. Elana Branch in Toruń an information that on March 27th, 2009 the Management Bard of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodeship passed the resolution no 24/292/09, upon which it gave the positive opinion to the motion of Boryszew S.A. Elana Branch in Toruń regarding enlarging of the Pomorska Special Economic Zone by the estate being in perpetuity of the company, consisting of separate lands parcels of total area of 7.2342 ha.
At the same time the company Boryszew S.A. informs that according to the art.4 passage 2 of the Act of October 20th, 1994 on special economic zones, after getting an opinion of the Voivodeship’s Management and the agreement of the Council of Local Administration, the Minister of Economy will be entitled to present to the Council of Ministers the motion on enlarging of the Pomorska Special Economic Zone.
