Boryszew S.A. with the seat in Warsaw informs that on January 11, 2018 SPV Impexmetal Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw – an indirect subsidiary of Boryszew SA acquired within the Programme of registered bonds of Boryszew SA, adopted by Resolution No. 153/2016 of the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. dated 28 July, 2016 (as amended), 12 units of registered bonds series A16 of the nominal value of PLN 1,000,000.00 each. The bonds have been purchased at the Issue Price for a total amount of PLN 12,000,000.
The interest rate is based on the market conditions.
The day of buy-back of the bonds: December 31, 2020.
Purchase of bonds occurred to investing free financial funds of subsidiaries in the framework of financial liquidity management in Boryszew Capital Group.
