The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. advises that on 21 May 2025 the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company passed a resolution on the payment of dividend to shareholders (from undistributed profits and equity, which, as per Art. 348 of the Commercial Companies Code, may be allocated for distribution), in the amount of PLN 0.35 per share entitled to dividend, i.e. in the total amount of PLN 71 821 750.00
205 205 000 shares are entitled to the dividend.
Treasury shares held by Boryszew S.A. are not entitled to dividends.
The dividend date was scheduled for 28 May 2025.
The dividend payment date was 4 June 2025.
