In connection to the current report no 11/2009 of March 30th, 2009 the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that it got on April 2nd, 2009 the information from the Managing Director of Boryszew S.A. Elana Branch in Toruń that the Toruń City Council passen on April 2nd, 2009 the resolution no 524/09 upon which it gave an agreement to establish the special economic zone on the territory of real estates no 129/24 of the area of 58.480 m2, no 115/23 of the area of 4.620 m2 and no 137/12 of the area of 9.242 m2. The above mentioned estates are the property of the State Treasury being in perpetuity of Boryszew S.A. Elana Branch in Toruń.
