The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. announces list of shareholders owing at least 5 % of the total number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Boryszew S.A. dated May 25, 2026:
- RKK Investments Spółka z o.o. – number of votes: 102,150,000, i.e. 06% of votes on this Meeting. The above mentioned shares constitute 42.56% of the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.
- Unibax Spółka z o.o. – number of votes: 11,000,000, i.e. 70% of votes on this Meeting. The above mentioned shares constitute 4.58% of the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.
