In connection to the current report no 64/2009 dated December 30th, 2009 the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on January 13th, 2010 the final agreement of sale of 100 % of shares of PMI “Izolacja – Matizol” S.A. was signed. The transaction price amounts to PLN 18.5 m.
The purchaser of the block of shares of PMI “Izolacja – Matizol” S.A. is the producer of the chemical building products – Selena FM S.A. with its seat in Wrocław.
PMI “Izolacja – Matizol” S.A. specializes in the production of roofing materials: roofing papers and shingles. The company Selena FM S.A. has got the permission of the Chairman of the Competition and Consumer protection Office to take the control over PMI “Izolacja – Matizol” S.A.
