The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. announces list of shareholders owing at least 5 % of the total number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Boryszew S.A. dated May 21, 2025:
- RKK Investments Spółka z o.o. – number of votes: 102,150,000, i.e. 72.27% of votes on this Meeting. The above mentioned shares constitute 42.56% of the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.
- Unibax Spółka z o.o. – number of votes: 37,000,000, i.e. 26.18% of votes on this Meeting. The above mentioned shares constitute 15.42% of the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.
