The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. with the seat in Warsaw, in connection to the current report no 121/2015 of 2 October 2015, informs that on 23 November 2015 it received an information from Dom Maklerski PKO BP that as a result of a call to sell shares of HUTMEN Spółka Akcyjna with the seat in Warsaw announced on 2 October 2015 by Boryszew S.A. together with subsidiaries included in the Boryszew Capital Group: SPV Boryszew 3 Sp. z o.o., Impex-Invest Sp. z o.o., Impexmetal S.A. and SPV Impexmetal Sp. z o.o. (all companies white the seats in Warsaw and acting jointly as Acquirer)
3 subscriptions were placed for the total amount of 420 903 shares at PLN 5.00 per 1 share (the calling price).
The purchase transaction of Hutmen’s shares will be concluded on 25 November 2015 (settlement of the transaction will be executed on 30 November 2015).
