The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that in the 2008 year report of the company the following notes were wrong formatted, which caused their illegibleness:
– note no 5 – tangible assets – page 32-35 of the “Financial report”,
– note no 34 – transactions with subsidiaries and benefits for the key personnel – page 64-65 of the “Financial report”
Taking the above mentioned into consideration the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. present to the public knowledge the proper formatted 2008 year report of the company.
