Boryszew S.A. informs that:
1. The Management Board of the National Depository for Securities S.A. after examining the motion of Boryszew S.A., basing on the resolution no 136/10 of March 12th, 2010, decided to register in the National Depository for Securities S.A the following items:
1) 313,432,735 ordinary bearer serie E shares rights of Boryszew S.A. of the nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, issued on the ground of resolution no 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company dated December 21st, 2009 and to indicate them with the code PLBRSZW00060, under the condition of coming into force the issue of these shares and to make their allocation, with the provision of point 2;
2) 313,432,735 ordinary bearer serie E shares rights of Boryszew S.A. of the nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, issued on the ground of resolution mentioned above and to indicate them with the code PLBRSZW00011, under the condition of registration in the Registry of Entrepreneurs the increasing of initial capital made in the way of issuing of these shares and
taking the decision by the stock exchange to introduce these shares to the turnover on the same regular market on which other shares of this company indicated with the code PLBRSZW00011 have been introduced, with the provision of point. 3.
2. The registration of indicated in passage 1, point 1 ordinary bearer serie E shares rights of Boryszew S.A. in the National Depository for Securities S.A. will be executed in 3 days from the day of placing by Boryszew S.A. in the National Depository for Securities S.A. the documents confirming the execution of the allocation and the issue of serie E shares.
3. The registration of indicated in passage 1, point 1 ordinary bearer serie E shares rights of Boryszew S.A. in the National Depository for Securities S.A. will be executed in 3 days from the day of placing by Boryszew S.A. in the National Depository for Securities S.A. the documents confirming the execution of the increasing of initial capital in the Registry of Entrepreneurs and the documents confirming taking by the stock exchange the decision mentioned in passage 1 point 2, not earlier than in the pointed in this decision day of introducing these shares to the turnover on the market.
