On February 11th, 2011 Boryszew S.A. got a notification from a member of the Management Board of Boryszew S.A., about the transaction of sale on February 8th, 2011 12,500 series A inscribed preferred shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN5.00 for one share. The above mentioned transaction has been settled off the regulated market.
The person concerned has not agreed to disclose its personal data.
