The Management Board of Boryszew S.A with its registered seat in Warsaw (“the Company”), notifies that on July 1st, 2026 that the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Economic Department of the National Court Register (KRS) made a change record in the Company’s Articles of Association under resolution no. 20 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Boryszew S.A. dated May 25th, 2026, in the following manner:
