The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that it has got from the National Depository for Securities information concerning the number of serie E shares, which had been subscribed in the offer with the collection right.
Totally 5,195 subscription has been accepted on the collection rights’ basis. They amounted totally to 309,896,596 shares, making 98.87 % of the offered serie E shares.
Remaining 3,536,139 pieces of shares will be allocated to persons, who passed 5,195 additional subscriptions, amounting totally to 5,194,563,658 shares. Reduction of the additional subscriptions will amount to 99.93 %.
