The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. [‘Company’] informs that on May 30, 2025 the Company received a notification from the person fulfilling the managerial responsibilities in the Company about the transaction concerning the shares of Boryszew S.A., made according to the Article 19 of the MAR.
The content of the notification is appended to this current report.
Legal basis: Article 19 section 3 of the MAR – information on transactions carried out by persons exercising managerial responsibilities.
