The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on 28 February 2014 its 3 subsidiaries purchased altogether 117 units of registered bonds of the nominal value of PLN 1,000,000.00 each, under the Programme of registered bonds’ issue of Boryszew S.A.
The bonds have been purchased at the Issue Price for a total amount of PLN 117,000,000.00
The interest rate is based on the market conditions.
The day of buy-back of 102 units of Series A and B registered bonds: 30 September 2015.
The day of buy-back of 15 units of Series C registered bonds: 31 March 2014.
The above mentioned registered bonds replace bonds, which date of buyback expired on 28 February 2014.
Purchase of bonds was executed to allocate free financial means of subsidiaries.
