The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. announces list of shareholders owning at least 5 % of the total number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Boryszew S.A. dated 15 June, 2020:
- RKK Investments Spółka z o.o. – number of votes: 109,923,322, i.e. 83.61% of votes on this Meeting. The above mentioned shares constitute 45.80 % of the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.
- Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – number of votes: 12,800,000, i.e. 9,74% of votes on this Meeting. The above mentioned shares constitute 5,33% of the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.
- Government of Norway – number of votes: 7,765,792, i.e. 5,91% of votes on this Meeting. The above mentioned shares constitute 3,24% of the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.
