Boryszew S.A. informs that it got on April 12th, 2010 a notification from Mrs. Małgorzata Iwanejko, Chairman of the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. that as a result of allocation made on April 8th, 2010 she was the owner of 64,192 serie E bearer shares of Boryszew S.A.: 63,370 shares as an execution of collection rights and 822 shares as an additional subscription.
Subscription of serie E shares of Boryszew S.A. has been made through Dom Maklerski, in which the collection rights were deposited.
At the same time just today the Company has received the notification from a person taking managing post about the allocation on April 8th, 2010 500 serie E shares of Boryszew S.A. as an execution of collection rights.
The person obliged to pass the information doesn’t agree to disclose its personal data.
