The Management Board of Boryszew S.A.informs that on May 29th, 2009, Boryszew’s subsidiary purchased 700 coupon bonds of nominal value of PLN 10,000.00 each, issued by Boryszew S.A. on May 29th, 2009 in the frame of a programme of bonds’ issue conducted by Bank PeKaO S.A.. The bond have been purchased for a total amount of PLN 7.0 million. The day of pay-back of the bonds: June 19th, 2009.
Bonds purchase was executed in order to place free financial means of subsidiary.
The purchase of bonds do not cause the increase of debt to the subsidiary as the subject bonds replace bonds , which date of buy-back is May 29th, 2009
