The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. in forms that the Company has got the Resolution no 338/2010 dated April 13th, 2010 from the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw S.A. with the decisions:
1) to introduce from April 16th, 2010 to the stock exchange turnover on the prime market 313,432,735 rights to Serie E bearer’s shares of Boryszew S.A. of the nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, signed by the National Depository for Securities S.A. with the code PLBRSZW00060,
2) to quote the rights to shares of Boryszew S.A. (mentioned above in point 1) as the fixed quotation under the abbreviated name “BORYSZEW – PDA” and marked “BRSA”.
