Boryszew’s Management announces that today, i.e. on January 21, 2009, the Company received an information about the registration of the new-established Torlen Sp. z o.o. company seated in Toruń. The registration at the Regional Court in Toruń took place on January 14, 2009. The share capital of the company amounts to PLN 50 000 and is divided into 100 shares with the nominal value of PLN 500 each. All the shares have been taken by Boryszew SA and covered in cash. The core business of Torlen Sp. z o.o. is the production of chemical fibres.
