Boryszew S.A. informs that on December 30th, 2009 the Management Board of National Depository for Securities S.A., after examining the motion of Boryszew S.A., decided to register on January 7th, 2010 in The National Depository of Securities 62,686,547 of bearer singular pre-emptive rights of serie E shares of Boryszew S.A. of the nominal value of PLN 0.10 each issued share , according to the Resolution no. 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Boryszew S.A. of December 21st, 2009 and coded them PLBRS ZW00045.
In case of not appearing of all circumstances of redemption of singular pre- emptive shares rights The National Depository of Securities will make on January 7th, 2010 the registration duties only to execute the attendance the realization of pre-emptive rights of ordinary bearer shares serie E of Boryszew S.A. belonging to the shareholders of the company.
