The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) publishes the schedule of publication of periodic reports in 2024.
I. Consolidated quarterly reports with quarterly financial information:
– for the first quarter of 2024 – May 16, 2024;
– for the third quarter of 2024 – November 19, 2024;
II. The unconsolidated and consolidated annual report for 2023 will be disclosed to the public on April 17, 2024;
III. Consolidated semi-annual report with half-year condensed financial statements for the first half of 2024 – August 14, 2024;
The Management Board of the Company has decided that it will not publish the consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2023 and for the second quarter of 2024.
At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that the consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated semi-annual report, made public, will include quarterly financial information and semi-annual condensed financial statements, respectively.
Detailed legal basis:
According to par. 80 par. 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
