With reference to the information provided in the report for the third quarter of 2025 regarding the ongoing work on the sale of assets in Alchemia S.A. branches, the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) advises that on 20 January 2026, the Management Board of Alchemia S.A., a subsidiary based in Warsaw (“Alchemia”), had concluded a preliminary agreement to sell movables and real estate, approximate surface area 25.7 hectares located in Zawadzkie, belonging to Walcownia Rur Andrzej Branch, for a net amount of approximately PLN 41.4 million. The final agreement will be concluded by 31 March 2026 and will be preceded by a number of formal and technical actions typical for this type of transaction. The Issuer will announce the conclusion of the Final Agreement in a subsequent current report.
