Boryszew S.A. informs that on April 16th, 2010 the Company received an information from a member of the Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A., about the share allocation on April 8th, 2010, under the subscription of 313,432,735 securities of the price of PLN 0.10, 186,520,000 rights to Serie E shares of Boryszew S.A.
