The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that it has signed a confidential agreement with the administrator of the process of the automotive branch company acquisition. The Company has got Information Memorandum and started the economical analysis of the entity.
Value of enterprise may exceed 10 % of own capital of Boryszew S.A.
